The exhibition features the 211 projects submitted by 268 students from over 100 Schools and 86 European cities at Young Talent Architecture Award 2016.

The exhibition “The lives of the Pavilion. Intermittent account of an essential space” is intended to provide visitors with the opportunity to become familiar with the Pavilion. To this end, open-house seminars will be held on September 24 and 25 together with guided visits.

Europe’s best Buildings – Mies van der Rohe Award 2015 exhibition can be viewed in the Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfurt from 10 September to 23 October 2016.
The exhibition will be located on the esplanade between the Magic Fountain on Montjuïc and the Pavilion, thereby establishing a constant reference to the work by Mies van der Rohe and its setting.

Microtonal Wall is an installation consisting of 1,500 loudspeakers on a 7.5-metre aluminium panel. Each speaker emits one single sound, the result of dividing six octaves into microtones in a continuum of individual frequencies.
