As a part of the film series “Per amor a les arts” by La Filmoteca de Catalunya, which uses cinema as a tool for dialogue with other artistic disciplines such as design, architecture, opera, literature, dance, painting music or theatre, the Fundació Mies van der Rohe presents “Also known as Jihadi” ; a film by Eric Baudelaire in which, once again, he freely re-elaborates the theory of landscape of the Japanese avant-garde filmmaker Masao Adachi: properly described and filmed, a given landscape can reveal the structures of oppression that it is the fruit of and that it contributes to transmitting.
