European conference on Architectural Policies | Re-use architecture

Fundació Mies van der Rohe takes part in the The European Conference on Architectural Policies Re-use architecture with a presentation by Ivan Blasi, curator of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award in the Re-think Architecture session. His talk “Analyzing and awarding architectural transformations” will be about the transformation of 530 homes – Grand Parc Bordeaux, the winning work of the last edition of the Prize, this Friday, April 23 at 10:00.

The conference will be held online on 22 and 23 April with the aim of bringing together experts on sustainable urban development and urban renewal focused on various aspects of the use or reuse of the urban fabric to be a source of inspiration for future actions of rehabilitation and revitalization, activation of degraded, abandoned or ignored areas.
