Once again this year, the Fundació Mies van der Rohe is participating in ArtsLibris, the publishing fair specialising in artists’ publications, photobooks, contemporary thinking, self-publishing and digital publications. A gathering spot to showcase the publishing work we do with the aim of promoting research, debate and knowledge about modern and contemporary architecture.
In our stand you will find: SANAA Kazuyo Sejima, Ryue Nishizawa, Ai Weiwei With Milk, Phantom. Mies as Rendered Society by Andrés Jaque, Transient Senses by Alex Arteaga, The Then Set Here Place As And by Peter Downsbrough, Geometry of Light by Luftwerk and Iker Gil, Mies Missing Materiality by Anna & Eugeni Bach, etc. As well as the book shortlisted for the FAD awards for thought and critique La expresión del peso by Luís Martínez Santa-María, and the book that features one of the interventions shortlisted for the ADI Culture 2022 awards, No fear of Galss by Sabine Marcelis.
An opportunity to discover and flick through the publications that, as a result of the prizes, debates and artistic interventions that have taken place in the Pavilion over the years, have provided material for our collections.
