The Fundació Mies van der Rohe is curating the fourth edition of the Living Places – Simon Architecture Prize, created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Simon in 2016.
This biennial competition is distinguished by its focus on the people who inhabit the architecture through the video format as a basic document to explain the use of space. Participation is free and allows anyone to propose works that they consider to be of interest. Registration will be open until 15 September 2022.
Tuesday 21 June at 7 p.m. at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion this edition will be opened with “Arquitecturas Vividas“: a conversation between Carla Juaçaba (architect and president of the jury of the 2022 edition) and Ángela García de Paredes (architect at Paredes Pedrosa and finalist in the 2016 edition).
