The fourth session of Pantalla Pavelló takes the form of a sound installation and brings us a proposal around “Berlin: Die Sinfonie der Großstadt” a film that could not be left out in the program that has the city of Berlin as its scenario, in the centenary of the Bauhaus
Berlin, Symphony of a Great City was filmed by Walter Ruttmann with hidden cameras to capture everyday life in the most real way and thus be able to transmit that industrial, chaotic and innocent atmosphere of the city of Berlin in the 20s.
This time the format is not limited to a single projection in the travertine but it is a montage that plays with five of the different surfaces of the Pavilion that become screens where simultaneously the different acts of the film take place. An experience that allows everyone to choose their way of enjoying the space, the film and music specially composed for this presentation.
Presented by: Rafael Cañete, sound artist and Celia Marín, architect.
