Arquitectura en Corto – Screening of “On set with Lilly Reich”

Arquitectura en Corto in Madrid, by Fundación Arquia, screens “[On set with] Lilly Reich”, the documentary resulting from the 2nd Lilly Reich Grant for Equality in Architecture that was conceded to Avelina Prat, Laura Lizondo and Débora Domingo

A short film that combines original documentary sources with newly created visual material, and which reflects the limited recognition in the professional field of Lilly Reich, like that of so many other women, contrasting what she contributed (what was done) with what was said about her (what was narrated).

At the event to be held on May 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fundación Arquia in Madrid, in addition to the screening of the short film, there will be a debate with Débora Domingo, one of the authors, and Carmen Espegel, an architect recognized as one of the leading experts on the life and work of Lilly Reich.
